IHE CANADA 2007 EDUCATION CONFERENCE
IHE Canada is pleased to announce that it will be hosting the second annual IHE Canada Education Conference in Montreal, Quebec on October 15 – 16th, 2007. The purpose of the conference is to offer North American users (healthcare providers and IT professionals) and vendors the opportunity to learn about IHE's role in accelerating the sharing of health information within and between healthcare organizations through the use of standards-based integration profiles.
This year’s program will include introductory and advanced sessions. The introductory sessions will explain the IHE profile development process and will provider overviews of many of the mature IHE domains. The advanced sessions will present detailed technical reviews of specific IHE integration profiles and how IHE fits into the healthcare IT landscape.
