Order and Referral Matching

• Led by George Cole
• Minor changes needed since yesterday.
  • Have added the open issue needing resolution through discussion with ITI.
  • Have added the header "order fulfillment module".
  • Discussion regarding the EHDI use case, preconditions and postconditions. Determined need to talk with Vincent and resolve this issue after that discussion regarding relationship and flow with ORM and Diagnostic Study request.
  • Open issue to be discussed noted for ITI discussion tomorrow.
  • Not planning on adding glossary terms for order and referral - but team will look at Glossary in TF to be sure the use in this profile is not at odds with what is already there.
  • Reviewed document for completion. A few areas need some polishing - George will work on that.
  • Discussion re: the formatting of the document in the Use care area - with preconditions and post conditions but not able to change it due to the templating restrictions.

Diagnostic Study Request

• Led by Vincent van Pelt
  • Questions re: XDW activity/task types allowed.
  • Mauro joined room to discuss issue with Vince. Mauro will look more deeply into the specification to determine how to solve Vince's issue related to "scheduling" an activity.
  • further discussion re: order placer/order filler numbers. The order placer creates a number and sends with order. The Order filler has its own number and maintains a link with the order placer number. Order filler responds to order placer with the order placer number.
  • Vincent will look at DICOM and HL7 to see how this issue is solved by those organizations.
  • Vincent will call in tomorrow to review what he learns then to join the joint meeting with ITI for further discussion on this topic.

Review Change Proposals

• Team continued working through backlog of CPs. Several were able to be cleared from the assigned list either through completion or in rare cases rejection.

EHDI

• led by Lisa Nelson
  • review of EHDI completed.
  • several questions answered.
  • outstanding questions related to ID
  • updated version will be sent to the team members in Oregon for further review.

Care Plan

• led by Emma Jones
  • Extensive discussion on how to go forward with current CDA tools and accommodate changes happening in the new harmonization CDA work.
  • determined to use the IHE template IDs and if not in final text, then to approach Keith (who is working on the harmonization efforts) on guidance for completing the profile with "new" template IDs
  • in the profile for now, use the cCDA item as a placeholder with a footnote indicating this needs to be updated with the universal CDA item once available.

Joint meeting with QRPH

Agenda

• Review of question re: birth order and baby ID
• CP's
• Death Extension

• • Review of Baby birth order and ID question
    • The need is for both data elements - birth order (x of y) and baby unique id
    • There needs to be a CP written for LDS(?)
      • To be included in the CP Multiple Birth and Birth order extensions (already in CDA and will reference those), Multiple race codes (for OMD race code reporting). Plurality (number of fetuses delivered alive or dead) - this should already be in the LDS. Also will add ID extensions, will add deceased indicator and deceased date/time to the header demographic (green boxes), Check of LOINC code being used by QRPH for deaceased date/time is correct. Pregnancy history is in the history and physical section, ....and a long list of other things in Keith's notes that he read to the team. Keith owns this CP and will write it up and submit it.
      • Pregnancy History - needs to have the updates made to LDS. need to create a CP ...an optional section in LDS, that should pull from the LDHP, or APHP and updated with the current pregnancy event. Lisa will be the CP hounder to get Lory and Tone to capture what the needs are for this CP.
      • on the labor and delivery summary - coded history of infection - needs to be added as an option. Lisa will own writing this one as well.
      • in terms of death information, QRPH is looking for time of death observation - use the one that says time of death, which will include the date and the time - 55287-7. QRPH should create a death observation that can be used in contexts that need a death date/time. HL7 has already created a death observation. It uses the other loinc code 31211-6 which would not be our preferred but should use what is already defined in this case. QRPH provide guidance for the use in the profile they are writing. - Lisa will have this done and through the process by the July F2F timeline

    • CP 0145 - rejected from PCC. Steve took it to get clarified and will re-track it correctly.

• • • CP 0098 - would like to follow the new CP process that the published list of CPs not yet rolled into the documents are part of what is being tested in Connectathon. - Keith will have this one done for review by the end of this week.

• • • Question re: the timing and scheduling of CPs to be written, progress etc.

• • • CP 168 - Lisa has submitted it, number assigned, she will work on it and target getting it done on the July timeline.
