When individuals submit comments on the five QRPH supplements that was just published for public comment they will be in one of two locations:

1. A Google spreadsheet that is located at https://docs.google.com/a/ihe.net/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AvSvbmWRIsFQdDJuTi1lWmVKRGtWamk0ZENxUV9qd2c#gid=0 and is populated when comments are entered in the Google form on the QRPH comment web page here http://www.ihe.net/qrph/qrphcomments.cfm

2. An Excel spreadsheet that is downloaded from the QRPH comment web page and emailed as an attachment to the QRPH Comments Google Group at https://groups.google.com/group/qrphcomments?hl=en
