• Discuss publication timeline for DSC and HBS
  • Still waiting to finalize discussions with Charles Rica; planning to schedule calls with Lori and Charles to resolve issues from face to face

• Discuss incorporating CPS into existing supplements and timeline for publishing for the TI cycle

• Technical Framework
  • Our supplements need to go through 2 connectathons to start getting into a Technical Framework; we want to start writing and pulling this together; schedule a call to look at connectathon results and validate they have been tested; what are the supplement candidates and connectathon results to prove it; must be at least 2-3 vendors who have tested at connectathon
  • Adopt RFD as a part of our Technical Framework

• Add column to dashboard about status of profile; when it went to MJ for publication

• Publication Process
  • Co-chair submits profile to MJ for publication
  • MJ may send back to primary editor with template comments
  • Primary author needs to validate MJ's comments
  • Co-chair will let MJ know if changes are accepted or need further discussion
  • Co-chair will ask MJ for publication date so can be added to spreadsheet for committee update
  • Determine if sub folder in ftp should be created to hold final documents

• George, Lisa, Landen and Michel Kapoko will draft a proposal to transfer RFD from ITI Technical Framework to QRPH Technical Framework
