Joint with QRPH

• Update on Immunization Project
  • Keith is following the HL7 work. The Project Scope statement for the Immunization history and forecast has been approved by the DESD next step is for TSC to approve their scope. There is another project in the scope writing phase but details of that are unclear. Team agreed to monitor the HL7 PHER WG mailing list for both of these projects and to engage when appropriate.

• PCC Change Proposal #105
  • Alerted QRPH of this rejected change proposal and the large number of items referenced to QRPH. Those items forwarded to QRPH co-chairs for their review.

• QRPH Change proposal issue re:LDS
  • Reviewed and discussed data elements that are missing from LDS that are needed by QRPH PH reports. The data elements QRPH is looking for are included in LDH. Issue stems from ITI RFD limitation of allowing for pulling of data from only 1 document. Teams agreed a change proposal is needed to ITI for RFD requesting the pull of data from multiple documents. Keith agreed to write and shepherd recommended change proposal needed.

• QRPH will keep an eye on PCC CP 98.

• There are other structural issues with LDS that will require a conference call with PCC and QRPH members. This will be scheduled for Feb 29th at 1200 Central for one hour.

Nursing

• Review of changes made in document since last discussion to accommodate requests made then.
• CCD is meant to be very general in purpose. There is no association of location assumed for the transfer of care with CCD (it is a very general summary and has no sense of where it is coming from or going to). Need to address this in the white paper.
• CCD does not include things that are not part of the decision making during an encounter. The CCD is primarily what is (known before/known after).
• Need to include more "Pt Education" in both eNS and PPoC
• Need to add "goals" to both eNS and PPoC

eReferral

• Changes to actors and roles made to document as suggested in last session reviewed.
• Issue related to convergence or collaboration with PCD discussed. Keith and Chris Melo will talk to PCD co-chairs at HIMSS in a couple of weeks. Valentina and rest of authoring team will follow up with Keith in a couple of weeks to learn of outcome of that discussion and follow up with PCD as needed.
• Valentina and authoring team will send a summary note to PCC google group when this evaluation /investigation cycle with PCD is complete to inform the rest of PCC of outcome.

Telehomehealth

• No further discussion needed at this time. Topic deferred until later.

Request for Clinical Knowledge

• Review and discussion of progress made on Risk Assessment Spreadsheet. Feedback provided by team.
