• Color key to understand rows 66-75; blue - committee confirmed documents to be published; yellow - follow up with profile editors; white - republish later or in next cycle; must know by April 8th
• Confirmed profiles Automated Selected Criteria, Quality Measure Execution (QME-EH), Quality Measure Definition (QMD-EH), Physician Reporting Public Health - Cancer Registry (PRPH-Ca), Early Hearing-loss Care Plan (EHCP), Mother and Child Health (MCH), Retrieve Process for Execution (RPE)
• Committee needs to submit documents to Mary Jungers by 10am CDT on June 6, 2011 (QRPH designated day)
• Action: Patty will ask Jason to call Amit to follow up on CRD and DSC
• Action: Nichole will email Anna and Lori regarding Public Health Reporting Workflow. Ask them to update dashboard and join April 8 call

• MJ will publish by June 17, 2011
• Publication deadlines are tighter this year and must be strictly adhered to
• SM will provide groups with Volume 0 which will provide the introduction to IHE instead of having all supplements provide it. Each supplement will now only have to reference Volume 0 for intro.
• By end of May 2-6 face to face meeting, committee must have documents pretty much ready for publishing. Will have 3 weeks to read, review and edit proposals before submitting to MJ for June 6, 10am deadline. All committee members expected to do this.

• Testing for the “Automated Selection Criteria for Cancer Registry reporting” profile - Wendy Blumenthal, Wendy Scharber, Lisa Nelson (25 minutes)

• Can we move forward using HQMF, postpone or is there a third option; Schedule a call with Lori, Patty, Jason, Wendy Scharber, Wendy Blumenthal, Lisa Nelson, Didi, Amit to discuss and decide

• Short Profile Description Pages Have profile authors develop short profile descriptions when new trial implementation supplements are published and to fill in any missing or inadequate short descriptions

• Profile authors should use New Supplement Template in developing all supplements

• Vol 1 Template under development for use by domains creating their first Technical Framework document

• IHE Education Webinar Series Schedule (Tentative dates)

• Yvonne Horton will be communicating with co-chairs regarding proposed QRPH dates

• Next QRPH Face to Face Meeting, May 2-6, 2011, RSNA HQ (Participation required through Friday, May 6 at 2pm)

• Agenda update - Need to confirm Wednesday, May 4, joint ITI, PCC and QRPH EHDI profile discussion
• Propose joint ITI, PCC and QRPH placeholder for the May face to face meeting. Agenda to be build and confirmed prior to May 2.
