Review MRRT profile draft and review plan for continued development.

* Chris Carr to convene RSNA Reporting Committee and DICOM WG-08 to plan coordinated work on input and output templates for radiology reports
* Chris Carr presented draft with minor updates. Closed issue regarding use of XForms for input template: not viable according to RFD profile author.
 
* Major open issue remains how much of the template structure should be included in profile. Should the current RelaxNG templates be raised as a reference standard, included as illustrative examples? What needs to be done to coordinate this profile with the work on CDA-based output templates being performed by DICOM WG-08?
* Notify Planning Committee of shift to white paper
