| :*This profile describes a mechanism to filter the data before being pushed out from an EHR to a Research centre based on various protocols. This can be extended to Quality and Public Health. There is an idea for role-based access which seems very interesting. It must be noted that this is an extraction specification and not a redaction specification (the “filtered”) data does not make it out of the system. Redaction Services could be nested into the RPE profile.
