Change Proposals

Action Items:

• CP-0053 - Tone & Mike to complete CP, Tone to make change to TF
• CP-0036 - Tone to rewrite and write new for APR formatCode changes
• CP-0041 - since this will now be 4 content profiles need to address this with the formatCodes in cp-0036 as well

Wave Tracings White Paper

• reviewed and made some modifications, including (but not necessarily limited to):
  • added references to IHE Cardiology
  • filing in some examples
  • added content provided by PCD
  • generalized trace lead labels to trace identifiers

• further steps:
  • Discuss existing work going on with respect to communication of sample data in PCD, IEEE and elsewhere.

Emergency Responder Pre-Hospital Care Report (ERPCR)

• Reviewed data elements and changed as decided by committee
• use Conditional (C) for R2 data elements
• Actions Items:
  • gap analysis between ASTM 1744 and work to data

CND

• reviewed volume 1 work and made several corrections
• changed name of profile from CND to Patient Plan of Care (PPOC)
• need to include process flow diagram
• briefly reviewed volume 2 work

OB LDR

• committee unanimously decided to use verbiage "Maternal Discharge Summary"
• create a template (class) for the newborn summary to be used in the LDS profile, and also in future years newborn discharge summary work
• concerns around using word document template for this content profile - moving forward with focus on producing content
