Action Items:

- CP-0036 - Tone to rewrite and write new for APR formatCode changes
- CP-0041 - since this will now be 4 content profiles need to address this with the formatCodes in cp-0036 as well
Wave Tracings White Paper
- reviewed and made some modifications, including (but not necessarily limited to):
- added references to IHE Cardiology
- filing in some examples
- added content provided by PCD
- generalized trace lead labels to trace identifiers
- further steps:
