CDISC and IHE collaborated on a Life Sciences demonstration of RFD which brought a number of biopharmaceutical companies into the Interoperability Showcase for the first time.  Here is a banner from the Life Sciences 'pod'.

Landen Bain

CDISC Liaison to Healthcare. CDISC is the standards development body for clinical trial development. My particular interest is linking the separate worlds of clinical research and healthcare in order to facilitate the secondary use of EHR data for research. I am co-editor of ITI profile Retrieve Form for Data-capture (RFD), a profile which enables this connection.
