After introductions and proposal overviews we discussed the following:

Change Proposals

• QED - correct various care record messages
  • Cancel Query currently returns an identical message to the Continue Query
• Conformance statements in PCC TF
  • The PCC TF is confusing to vendors for what is required with the Entries
  • Include Steve Moore in on this CP as it will likely have impact on testing and tools

Detailed Scores

• Proposal is to profile the model (or template) to be used for exchanging assessments between systems
• Can use the HL7 Care Provision Domain which has the model for assessments - this is compatible with work already complete in PCC
• Discussion around FSA rework that needs to be done and how that relates to the Detailed Scores proposal
• Defining scales is out of scope in IHE PCC
• Braden Scale code in FSA is incorrect and needs to be changed

Coded Nursing Documentation

• Much discussion and discovery around what happens in a nursing workflow in attempt to understand what and how many document content modules (CDA documents) are needed. Three documents are needed - names are temporary and may not accurately reflect the intention of:

1. Nursing Flowsheet
2. Nursing Document to cover shift or a day
3. Nursing discharge summary
