Different standardisation efforts in anatomic pathology define coded field/items in the architecture of messages or documents.
There is a need to define a technical solution to define, manage, mainain and share the value sets corresponding to these coded items.
IHE Domain IT has started a IP related to "Sharing Value Set"
The OMG is defining an implementation guide for Terpminology Services based on the specification of Common Terminology Services 2.
