Spencer moved to accept the workload, Chris seconded, and the motion passed. The 6 August Planning call was changed to a Joint ITI Tech/Planning Decision Meeting to discuss and vote on the De-Identification Services for Secondary Use proposal. The original 16 July note listed 8:00 Central; Spencer's subsequent committee notice scheduled the joint call for 5:00 PM UTC on 6 August. The De-Identification Handbook update was approved for publication; publication is forthcoming. MHD Full Text Search was approved for publication as a Trial Implementation specification update to MHD; publication is forthcoming. Oliver has follow-up homework; the specific task was not captured in these notes. CP Ballot 67 will contain the results of the XCDR Endpoint Addressing work item. A ballot announcement will follow. VHL could not progress during the face-to-face meeting. Public-comment resolution will continue during the next quarter. The committee selected conversion of the RESTful ATNA supplement to an Implementation Guide as a new work item, with Gregorio Canal and Diletta Babato as editors. Work-item review Under Assessment by Planning #228: De-Identification Services for Secondary Use (DSSU) - Discuss and vote on the proposal during the Joint ITI Tech/Planning Decision Meeting on 6 August. If accepted, work will begin immediately and use that time slot every other week.
