2	Discussion Summary or Approval of Minutes - Chair	Status/Discussion: -Last Dev Joint Meeting DEV Joint 2025-09-23 -Reviewed. No changes. Decisions/Issues: Action(s):
3	Standards Coordination	Status/Discussion: - New IEEE 11073 PoCD WG Study Group to discuss / prepare PAR for (Guide / Recommended Practice) Test Summaries for MDI standards / cases -Incipient and evolving activity. Will probably be a Recommended Practice. Not necessarily limited to report summaries. -ISO TC 215 meeting going on in Toronto, Canada this week -IHE Accelerator initiative is being renamed to "IHE Prism" to avoid naming confusion with HL7 Accelerators. Initial focus is on Europe and on the Domains PCC, QRPH and probably ITI.
4	Domain Coordination Committee (DCC) Meeting	Status/Discussion: -Devices Report due to DCC Oct 28th. template for 2025 Devices report needs input from each program. -Would like to consolidate information and report highlights, eg. 1 slide per work program. -Both Ken and Javier sent their regrets for the Oct 28 DCC meeting -Expecting that Kurt will attend to report out (Tom will confirm with him) -Will also include review of actors / transactions for (future) PCMC profile, which Ken added to the agenda (for this agenda point, Monroe will join and Peter Kranich may join too).
4	Marketing and Recruitment	Status/Discussion:: -The IHE Marketing and Communications Committee has been meeting regularly and working to revamp the IHE Newsletter, one area of focus has been to highlight important milestones within IHE Domains. -Domain co-chairs will be asked to provide specific text to the MarComm Committee about domain milestones.
5	Ballots	Status/Discussion:: -None at the moment.
6	Action Item Review	Status/Discussion:: - Complete DEV Domain Action Items -TF on Github and HTML is ongoing. Yesterday's meeting did not succeed due to key participants' absences.
7	PCD Report-Out	-Tom provided a verbal update. Monroe also provided updates on ACM, MEM-DMC and MEM-LS.
8	PCH Report-Out	-No updates since late September
9	DPI Report-Out	-Call to approve having SDPi 2.2 published at https://profiles.ihe.net/DEV/SDPi/ (ref. Javier's Oct 10 email to DEVPC-TC email list) -Approved by consensus. -DEV OID's for transactions - DPI Program wants to simplify all OIDs for SDPi transactions to exclusively use the arc 1.3.6.1.4.1.19376.1.6.4. (ref. Javier's Oct 10 email to DEVPC-TC email list) -Approved by consensus to have only one OID per SDPi transaction as proposed (arc 1.3.6.1.4.1.19376.1.6.4.) -Tomorrow, Monroe will ask at the ACM call whether ACM could deprecate their old transactions and mark the older transaction OIDs as reserved. -Paul asked about pump specializations in SPDi. Javier explained that there is not much yet for pumps and provided him with the link to the right SPDi Supplement section: https://profiles.ihe.net/DEV/SDPi/#vol3_clause_device_specialization_content_modules
10	Other Business	Status/Discussion: -GitHub publishing coordination across Work Programs/Groups - common user guides/tools/templates etc New Google group a DevPC-TC@googlegroups.com was created (and is in use!) - remember it is a new list with current active members. -It seems we are converging to having the September 2026 F2F meeting at AAMI (DC area) on Sep29-Oct1. No final decision yet.
