1	Introductions & Agenda Review - Chair	Status/Discussion: Decisions/Issues: -No updates to the agenda - Sarah Bell introduced Hagan Horn who is working with Aaron Goldmuntz and IHE and will be stepping in to support the admin work previously done by Sarah as she continues to increase her role at HIMSS. -We're grateful to Sarah and the work she's done to support the Devices Domain and welcome Hagan to this new role!
2	Discussion Summary or Approval of Minutes - Chair	Status/Discussion: -Last Dev Joint Meeting DEV Joint 2025-06-25 Decisions/Issues: Minutes approved. Action(s):
3	Standards Coordination	Status/Discussion: -IEEE reached out about having a liaison between IHE and IEEE in an official capacity -Looking into official procedure on that with the board
4	Domain Coordination Meeting	Status/Discussion: -Requests for Board Reports from Domains, template for 2025 Devices report was created but still needs work. -Would like to consolidate information and report highlights, eg. 1 slide per work program. -Devices Report due to DCC in Oct. -IHE Accelerator -EHDS gearing up, IHE wants to get involved and make sure IHE profiles are considered. -Accelerator is meant to have a framework to gather support and funding for IHE's participation within the EHDS. 4	Marketing and Recruitment	Status/Discussion:: -The IHE Marketing and Communications Committee has been meeting regularly and working to revamp the IHE Newsletter, one area of focus has been to highlight important milestones within IHE Domains. -Domain co-chairs will be asked to provide specific text to the MarComm Committee about domain milestones. -IHE Canada Webinar: Sept 18,2025
5	Ballots	Status/Discussion::
6	Action Item Review	Status/Discussion:: - Complete DEV Domain Action Items -003: It seems some domains have access to confluence, not sure if DEV has that access as well -004 is COMPLETED, but brought up some questions about some things that are not understood or may need further updates in the future -005 nearly done, keeping the item open to keep track of work
7	PCD Report-Out	-Infusion Pump WG White paper-Device Identification June draft -Will be sending to PCD Technical Committee soon for review and feedback -Lisa Diggett no longer works for BD and has had to step down as Co-Chair -decision for now is to not replace her and go down to 2 co-chairs for PCD -BD will still participate with IHE and DEV
8	PCH Report-Out	-Nothing to report.
9	DPI Report-Out	-Focusing on completing and releasing ballot for Alert PKP IEEE Standard. -Should have some traction in Gemini with that -Anticipate having that ready by September face-to-face meeting
10	Other Business	Status/Discussion: -Switching to Google Meet from Teams -Please reach out to Hagan at core@ihe.net if you or your organization is unable to use Google Meet -GitHub publishing coordination across Work Programs/Groups - common user guides/tools/templates etc. Next meeting July 24th -Agenda outline for Fall Face to Face with IEEE at FDA. DEV_Domain_F2F_Sep_2025_FDA -Any foreign members planning to travel to the US to participate need to complete forms with their passport and other information. More info on the forms here
