- tbd 		Status/Discussion:
RXV new in HL7 v2.8, didn’t exist in 2.6
Bolus Type is required, can be Supplemental or Loading.
PCA Type is required, can be Continuous, PCA only or PCA + Continuous. Missing Programmed Intermittent Bolus. If Bolus type was Continuous then it would be programmed using RXG and RXV wouldn't be needed.
RXV has fields that cover many of the OBX segments we created for PCA programming but not all of them. Some OBX would still be needed if RXV was used.
Epic is on HL7 v2.6
