Reviewed updated Excel file, new columns added for source of error: pump, gateway or drug library validation.
Team reviewed 9xxx series errors to identify source, Kurt and ICU team will review 88xx series, Al will review 10xxx series.
BD, Fresenius and Baxter did not have any custom error codes.

Decisions/Issues:

Gateway and Drug Library validation may be the same thing. Initial goal is just to identify where the errors may be coming from.
