Exam status update

• Report on operation, # of exam takers, issues, etc. (Werner)

• Status

• 12-15 people in total

• Observations of Stefan during taking his exam

• A lot of support by the ProctorU during the exam beginning, but when you jump into the actual GASQ exam space, there is no support or guidance at all
• The person does not understand that he is served by two organisations during the exam (ProctorU, GASQ)
• There seems to be a significant disconnect between ProctorU and the actual exam, and if he/she has a problem during taking the exam the person of ProctorU cannot help or guide. The ProctorU guys just throw you to the GASQ space and leave you.
• Action item: Investigate issue and ask ProctorU for providing an information, with explanations (Werner)
• Certificate he got had an error in the dates

• Certificate points out the the rights are declared on the IHE-CPP homepage, but it's not there

• Remind Laura Bright and Elliot Silver to do the exam for review (Jürgen)

• Do a basic spelling check on all exam questions/answers by a native speaker and in the course, let him detect errors of the sort in Elliots' feedback to create a short-list of issues for a further follow-up by an IHE subject matter expert (Werner)

• Remind first IHE Services persons to take the exam (Karima, Alexander) (Charles)
