A draft version of the Application to Become an IHE Member Organization is linked below for review by members of the IHE International Board. Comments on this form are invited until Oct. 19, 2007. Once approved the application will be made available for candidate organizations to submit to the secretariat of the IHE International Board (ihe@himss.org, ihe@rsna.org).
