Deprecation process reviewed, created a new wiki page for the Deprecation Process from our PCC page, reviewed several other domains process QRPH, Evaluation Process, and spoke with ITI, Issues ITI has had with deprecating profiles - the key is to notify everyone, everyone who uses a profile does not always show up to Connect-a-thon How do we poll the community if a profile is deprecated was discussed, reviewed the process and edited by the committee as appropriate Other Committee Work Discussed

• Placing FHIR profiles on the FHIR IHE webpage (using ITI process – Guidance for FHIR Profiles)
• Reviewed wiki pages for completion. The following profiles are still missing content:
  • Tumor Board (need to talk with Vincent)
  • Tele-Health Home Monitoring (spoke to Mauro, he will update)
  • BED

Dynamic Care Planning-FHIR Plan Definition (DCP-DSS)
