Review of Comments from the Cardiac Procedure Note [CPN] Supplement

Nick Gawrit updated the document via WebEx document sharing from Tech Committee comments.

• Should we keep the glossary table? Yes, we'll delete the TBD notation and leave the text listed as None.
• Edited the Table X.1-1: CPN profiles - Actors and Content Modules.
• Removed the Content Consumer section.
• Updated the Time Client with Consistent Time.
• Updated X.4 CPN Overview to generalize Cath Procedure to Cardiac Procedure to include EP procedures.
• Several references to EPRC were updated to CPN.
• Removed future references to Cath 5.0 release.
• Discussed the inclusion of the physicians findings in the header.
• Updated Cardiac Documents to Cardiac Procedure Documents
• Added references to Social History and Family History-Cardiac as defined by their own section templates.
• Rephrased the 6.3.3.10 to include the wording, For example, due to an anatomical constraint discovered during the biventricular implant, the implant of the LV lead did not occur, but this should still be documented.
• Several table formatting items were noted to refer to Mary Jungers for her review.
• Noted to document the units of Fluoro Time in the Data Types column.

The votes were unanimous if favor of the changes.

Next Steps

1. Update the open issue list, pg 8-9 of the CPN document.

2. Antje will up-date Art Decor with these changes.

3. Dan is still updating the example of cardiac procedure note for EP.

4. Nick will post the updated document on the FTP site.

5. Paul will discuss and finalize times with David and Jerry RE: Planning Committee call schedule.
