4. Marketing and Recruiting PCD, IHE
- Ongoing MEMLS and MEMDMC introductions for new participants during Connectathon meetings. John Garguilo's will present on NIST Tools July 21. These session are recorded, please let Paul know
John G; do we have a place to link educational recordings? If not, recommend creating one. Some logistical discussion - can download and convert to WMV format (Add as a PC Action item) John G will see if we can get a copy of the CE-IT presentation.

- No new items, so our first dates for repub is Aug 21. WPs are due 8/28, if drafted mid July, we will be good. John R will updated TF V2, Todd usually updates TF V3. Are we on track?
- Status of Adopted Workitem Proposals
Usually discuss new profiles and white papers - nothing new this round.
6. TC Action Item Review
- 118 Still working on it, change date to August 19.
- 143 Do some forward pointing and profile implications, likely apply to V2 updates. All would require for CP for Vol 2 TF. Perhaps we can ask John R to draft CP. Ping Jeff M to see what he's done. Bring other on to work on it. Start with Fall 2014 F2F to build the changes. Paul S to ping Jeff for any insight. Change date to Aug 5,
- 167 Tom will ping Jeff on this and other items. Set date to Aug 5.
- 178 Paul will ping Jeff for update. Change date to Aug 5.
- 179 Paul will ping Ken for update. Change date to Aug 5.
- 183 Two CPs under way for WCM, Once CP approved WCM Trial implementation will need updated. Change due date to July 15.
- 186 Tom will ping Jeff on this and other items. Set date to Aug 5.
- 189 Most likely to happen around Pre-connectathon. Cost is reasonable ($1000) Move to September.
- 190 May be addressed now. Add 'in TF V2' to last sentence. If in TF, can just refer to it.
- 191 IDCO is joining WCM calls, making progress.
- 192 Addressing comments, on track for next review in August.
