Very terse notes:

1.) Make every document title as:

<Content Module Name> Document/Header Element/Section/Entry Content Module Specification
Only Documents can have Acronyms, no other level can.

2.) remove template IDs from document titles

3.) Add Template Name to first row of every type of table (4)

4.) Supplement Template numbering/variables

  • Make all of Supplement Template Volume 3 as "Section Z"
  • Make CDA Document section 6.3.1.D
  • Make CDA Header Element 6.3.2.H
  • Make CDA Section number 6.3.3.S
  • Make CDA Entries number 6.3.3.E

Worry about DICOM and other subsection numbering later.

5.) Next week we will review ENTRY table. Get version to Lisa early.

6.) Plan for review process:

a.) have "inner circle" early live review webex, prior to release for Public Comment. Include: Harry, Keith, Didi, Laura, Laura, Amit, Wendy, Wendy, Tone, Steve Moore, Andrew (NIST)

b.) after incorporating comments from the webex above, THEN go out for Public Comment

c.) As part of release for Public Comment record a webex introducing the Vol 3 "shell" and Supplement Template
