CP-ITI-790-02 - XPID Local Merge (Karen) - fruitful discussion among the attendees of Karen's proposal to create a new transaction to address merging of local patient merge. The group came to consensus that the new transaction is not what we should do. Instead, the changes will be to ITI-64 expected action. Karen is seeking help to evaluate wither changes the Doc Registry Updates & Audit sections and if so, to make them.
