- Action: Start communicating with speakers now with dates of 9/11-13
- Proposal: Assign panel lead for each of the 5 panels among GDC. Develop panels/speakers; coordinate with panel leads so no overlap
- Develop content for each panel; circulate via email; be prepared to discuss on 3/5
- Email save the date tbd
- Preferred Date - September 11-13, Hilton Hotel Chicago or other Chicago location
- Action: RSNA will work with HL7 meetings department; report back on 3/5
