You will see I got rid of the bogus "Work started in the fall of" year column. It wasn't actually true after Cycle 1, and it's confusing as heck because it clashes with the way IHE in general talks about years (e.g. we are in 2015-2016).
This page needs the information on what profiles were actually worked on (if any) in the different years. Probably would be better (though depressing) if we limited it to work that actually put something out, like an updated profile supplement or a published white paper.
