Content
Change the Pregnancy Observation specification to read:
A pregnancy observations shall SHOULD have a LOINC or SNOMED code describing what facet of patient's pregnancy history is being recorded. These codes should come from the list of codes shown below. Additional codes may be used to reflect additional information about the pregnancy history.
Discussion
Revise the proposal to address the wider issue of vocabulary selection in the PCC TF, insurance of interoperability, and raise this at the joint meeting with ITI and Quality. Keith will draft a revised proposal.
