Current discussion and comments can be posted on Sharing of Value Set - Discussion.
Following the French meeting on April 28th, the French group has commented on the fact that having a Registry would be recommended since it would provide two things: 1) taking in charge of the value set versioning, what CTS1 doesn't. 2) enable the user to make more flexible queries.
