Final selection by the Planning Committee on Sept 23, 2021 totaled 110% for development work in this cycle.

Effort Evaluations
The Technical Committee evaluated the required effort of the Detailed Proposals as follows in tcons on Sept 15, Sept 20, & Sept 21.

- Breakdown of Tasks is now covered in the Google Sheet (above)
