Radiology

IHE Radiology addresses information sharing, workflow and patient care in radiology, including mammography and nuclear medicine.

IHE Radiology is sponsored by the Radiological Society of North America and manages the Radiology Profiles and the Radiology Technical Framework.

There are four committees: the Radiology Planning Committee, the Radiology Technical Committee, the Nuclear Medicine Technical SubCommittee and the Mammography Technical SubCommittee

Current Activity

IHE Radiology is continuing to work on possible updates in the area of Reporting.

The following Supplements have been approved and will be folded into v8.0 of the Technical Framework which will be published the end of June 2007.

• Import Reconciliation Supplement

• Cross-Enterprise Document Sharing for Imaging Supplement

The following IHE National Extension will be folded into v8.0 of the Technical Framework which will be published the end of June 2007:

• IHE Spanish National Extension
