• Started reviewing submitted comments and will continue to review as they are submitted.

13:30-15:30: TF Maintenance (2) - Review domain report

• Will request that the report given in 2021 be presented to the Board in June instead of May
  • The reason is that profiles will already be in Trial Implementation so there will be more final work to include

  • Action: Lynn will review existing profiles to make sure edits aren't needed to clarify ATNA grouping.

  • Search: include keyword search on “Shared Test Input Description”
  • NDA: clarify scope of commercial use in NDA terms (a participant can describe its participation in the Shareathon, however, to what extent can a participant describe who they have tested with?)
  • Ensure that Data Type field is searchable (clinical sample vs phantom sample)
  • Consider Creator input to “Test Report Status” in order to communicate intent/timeline to provide Test Report
  • Action: Please provide additional feedback to Steve Nichols (steven.nichols@ge.com) by 15 May 2020

  • Lynn is having a call with Mary Jungers at 2:30pm today to review options and to see what a combined PDF would look like. Will try and find time either this week for Mary to join the call to discuss or at a future call.
