Determine if we need to turn that later on into a small XDMI profile or take it as options in existing data which would both be in principle profile work. Not small enough to do as a Change Proposal and won't get the right visibility. Complete this work first. Then drop this work into a profile proposal for the next cycle. Schedule a call to determine which is best approach for August. Marc will send dates to Nichole.

Scope for Maintenance

• Discuss PDI and XDM (Done - Marc will provide updates)
• Confirm TI publication dates and update the publication schedule (http://wiki.ihe.net/index.php/Domain_Milestone_Dates#2018_Cycle) (Done)
• Discuss how to update existing Technical Framework to follow the new profile templates. Otherwise, as new supplements become final text, there will be gaps in sections.
  • TC Decision: Try to split 30 transactions / volume with the except not to split a profile with transactions in two volumes.
    • Need to adjust transaction references
    • Need to discuss in DCC so that other domains references RAD transactions are aware of the change
    • Keep Vol 2, split Vol 3 into 2b, 2c, etc.
    • Target to complete the split in 2019-2020 cycle
• Discuss submission for profiles to be promoted for Final Text or proposed to deprecate
• Discuss 'theme' for Connectathon

    • Create a "Profile TI Checklist" that includes Profile Wiki, Webinar, Presentation, Outreach, etc.
