- 35% for Maximum/Full Effort for Imaging Only, Reports mentioned in X.4 Concepts section - added bolded "Out of scope" note to all references to reports
- C. Encounter Based Imaging Workflow - Proposal - presented by Kevin O'Donnell
- Minimum Useful Effort: 25%
- Single Use Case (whichever one seems simpler)
- 40% for multiple use cases
