Minutes

This is NOT a voting call. The scope of this call is for proposal authors to briefly present their detailed proposals to the Technical Committee to complete their review and estimations of effort.

  • Enterprise Scanner Protocol Management Proposal (presented by Dr. Krishna Juluru)
  • Q: Do we have a profile editor?
  • A: Chris L. has done some editing but is not the primary SME for this proposal. Propose new profile to focus on restful services to implement.
  • Q: Is there a growing interest to develop this profile?
  • A: Yes, there is a growing need to address the open issues. The legal aspect of protocol management may become an issue which could invoke legal pressure.
  • Effort estimation: 35%
  • Cross-Enterprise Reporting for Imaging (presented by Mauro Zanardini)
  • Risks and Open Issues
  • Q: Collaboration with PCC - what does this really mean? What state of the document should encompass this collaboration? What is the goal of this alignment? Does PCC have useful experts?
  • The historical issue was coordinating and incorporating those experts into the development process. Would they actually attend RAD meetings or review offline? Could RADTech members attend PCC meetings?
  • There are conflicting timelines with publication and F2F meetings between both RAD and PCC.
  • A: PCC has most experience implementing workflow definition profiles. Would be helpful to have them review/comment on RAD profile development. PCC also works closely with ITI domain which helps with communication facilitation.
  • Effort estimation: 40%
  • REM for Radiopharmaceutical Imaging Proposal (presented by Kevin O'Donnell)

  • Effort estimation: 40%
  • Scheduled Workflow (SWF.b) across-the-board CP clean up (presented by Teri Sippel Schmidt)
