- Reviewed Draft of Regional Image Archive Supplement, led by author, David Heaney
- Incorporation into Technical Framework will ultimately be to updated version of XDS-I, based on XDS.b
- Need to add carefully defined and delimited use cases
- Need to identify reused transactions and any changes required to these transactions for the use cases
- Is there a difference in the use case for a PACS to Regional Archive communication versus PACS to PACS communication?
- Use Modality Images Stored to a Central Archive?
- Both local PACS and Regional Archive receive order and scheduling messages from Order Filler
- Key additional requirement of Regional Archive is to handle multiple identity domains: consider change to Multi-domain Identity Workflow
- Review additional demands on each of the SWF/XDS-I transactions by adding and resolving Issuer of Pat ID
- Image Manager may be the only system that needs additional requirements: add field if not present
- Address legacy open issues in supplement draft
