Minutes

1. Reviewed status of current draft white paper on updated Scheduled Workflow

  • Agreement that current draft will be updated to be published as a white paper
  • Emphasis will be on changes in use cases addressed by the profile; scope will likely be limited CIS-RIS-PACS-Modality communication; Department System Scheduler role will likely be factored out
  • Decision as to whether to incorporate Patient Information Reconciliation functions in SWFII remains to be made
  • Chris Lindop will develop revised draft and issue to Technical Committee for final review before publication for public comment
  • Draft will be issued by Sept. 10; will be finalized for publication on Sept. 17 tcon

2. Next tcon: Wednesday, Sept. 17, 10am-12pm
