  • Vaccinations on Friday 25th from 10:00-11:00 ( this was already there).
  • IHE Pharmacy planning Friday 25th from 11:00-12:00.

Medication lists

• Decision to release ballot for CP.

• CP for ITI and PCC
  • One CP is a search with a inclusive/ exclusive date. Request to ITI to harmonize the query.
  • One CP is for PCC. Dose and rate quantity are not consistent.
  • Stephane will do a final check.
• The PHARM05 CP will be included.
• The package will be brought to ballot.
