F2F meetings

  • Porto F2F meeting is now postponed
    • Jose will be 25 on Sunday.
  • Joint Meeting IT. PCC. QRPH originally Franktfurt is now virtual.
    • The meeting will be held during US office hours. Pharmacy will not join.
  • Chania F2F
    • It is difficult to plan. Everything is closed now. The nursing school might use the rooms.
    • Leonidas will search for alternative venue, for example the pharmacy wharehouse.
    • The government will make announcements beginning May and Leonidas will come back with news in May.

Medication lists

  • Progress in Switzerland
  • Concept share medication plan.
  • 8-12 communities. Stephane is wriing the specificaions.
  • inclused planning, prescribing and dispense.

It includes a CDA and FHIR transaction

  • The FHIR version is written bij Oliver Egger
  • A national projectathon will be organized.
  • Franco Suisse cantons expect to be live mid 2021.
  • Electronic identification of the patient is an issue.
  • Stephane will sibm,it 2 changeproposals to CMPD.
  • 2nd one is for MHD. ( ITI 67).
  • Who managers the number for PHarrm. According to us it is Mary.
  • Jose will publish the medication list implementation guide.
  • Michael will set a doodle to discuss these topics.

Marcom

    • The European Connectathon has been moved to November from 2 until 6.
    • Jose has applied for a IHE Europe vendor co-chair, but this has been declined because IHE Portugal is not a member. Jose should apply through IHE belgium.
