Discuss schedule for new meetings
- Fixed schedules are preferable
- To coordinate across continents, we can alternate. Stephen suggests that given the ratio of participants in AUS / US, a ratio of 2-1 (2 calls suiting US schedule, 1 call suiting AU schedule) could work best.
- Proposal: Every other Wednesday. Evenings (17:00 CET) or morning/noon (12:00 CET). We will send out invites and see how the meeting goes.
- Note: to be checked with Marc to align with his availability on specific weeks.
Marc is available in evenings on Jan 7, Jan 21, etc. Feb 4, ..
- Action item: Jose will ask Simon and will send out a meeting plan for Q1 2015.
