- Michael is staying in touch with ISO to plan the joint meeting in April 2014
- Decision

Incoming Proposals
- Medication List (Jürgen)
- Action item of last dedicated TCon at Aug 21: Review of proposal and request for approvement
- Reviewed documents:
- Content structure of Medication List
- Workflow for Medication List
- CP to CMPD alongside to PML profile: ftp://ftp.ihe.net/Pharmacy/yr5_2013-2014/Technical_Committee/Profiles/MedicationList/CP-PHARM-056v2.doc
- Discussion about how this conflicts/goes along with joint approach HL7/IHE for "Medication Management"
- Jürgen: Does not conflict with the "big approach" Medication Management, it's more a step towards this direction (from bottom-up). PML is not an invention of something new, just a container to assemble already given Prescription- and Dispense items (later maybe also Administration Items) to a Medication List document. Motto: "We take what we have in Pharmacy and collect it". Data-sources are strictly limited to Pharmacy, whereas the big approach works with generic data-sources from every domain (not only Pharmacy).
- The big approach "Medication Management" is still target of this group.
- Decision:
- Next discussion about the PML Profile / Change Proposal in a TCon before F2F meeting
- Date/Time: Oct 10, 2013, 14:00 - 15:30
Work on work-items
- Status of Medication Management (Concepts & Definitions)
- No work on the shared document so far
- Decision
- IHE tries to get a momentum in driving this document in order to proceed with this topic
- Michael tries to activate Stephen as a champion
- Trying to get HL7 people to a working-slot per WebEx at our F2F meeting in Paris to do common work on the document
- Admission & Discharge process in Hospital/Community
- Current version: ftp://ftp.ihe.net/Pharmacy/White%20Paper/IHE_Eur_Pharmacy_White_Paper_Final_Text_1.3.doc
- Jose will review Michael's document
- We prepare to use the Joint meeting with ITI/PCC/QRPH to inform them about our work around Admission/Discharge (which include Medication Management)
Action item status
- Skipped
Any other business
- Jose: (Cross-Domain) Supply chain: Also use Joint meeting to discuss a "common" Supply Chain approach
