Medication Documentation

Put in the beginning to allow Stephen to attend

  • Marco:
  • Is temporarily nominated as main-editor. Actual editor shall be elected
  • Ana has reworked the document to make it more readable
  • TCon last Thursday: Stephen mentioned that the Scope is not clearly defined. Added a very detailed scope-statement according to his experiences. Stephen will gladly contribute but can’t act as the main-editor
  • Status: Will continue to be a white paper, reset to scope-definition
  • Roadmap (next steps):
  • First get agreement of new proposed scope & objectives
  • Agreement on the structure of the paper
  • Detailed description of the use-cases
  • Glossary
  • Further steps afterward
  • Timeline: optimal finished in 2011/2012, can take longer if needed
  • Next TCon: not yet defined

Final schedule approved

  • Monthly TCons will end and are replaced by the TCons in the schedule. Alternating time (US/Australia) will be kept.
  • All TCons will be invited now to get it reserved in the calendar and changed later with dial-in info, etc.

Ballot over. All CPs approved. Email has been sent out to the group to inform about this.
  • CP for CMPD to incorporate XDW (Jürgen, Luca, Arianna)

Work items

  • Use-case: Community – Hospital, Step 1 (Orlando, Leonidas)
  1. Work in progress. Will continue next season.
  • HMW Exceptional cases, Step 1 (Marc, Leonidas)
  1. Marc is working on CPs to that. Will be ready within the next weeks.
  • CMPD Exceptional cases, Step 1 (Jürgen, Viktor)
  1. Nothing done yet. Will start in new season.
  • Supply chain (Simon)
  1. Scope narrowed and item renamed to “Hospital medication supply chain logistics”
  2. Ana has use-cases to contribute
  3. Ellen has competence in supply chain, will join this activity.
  • Perfusion administration / PCD Alignment (Marc, Vassil, Jürgen)
  1. PCD has to be informed, that we expect them to lead this work-item -> Jürgen

  1. Currently the main task is to coordinate with HL7 Pharmacy
  2. HL7 Pharmacy evaluates a tool of ISO TC215

  4. Goal of this work item: Synchronize Pharmacy glossaries with this external one
