- Functional / Technical profiles : Scoping (what topics, which countries, how many profiles..
- Operational aspects (e.g. prpepration of projectathon, scheduling / aligneent with other parties (Hl7, HL7 CH, etc)
- Process and governance - how to implement FHIR profiles
