  • Joint Meeting ISO/HL7/IHE
  • The following options will be questioned in the ISO/HL7 groups:
  • Europe
  • 1) Combined with e-HealthWeek (Jun 8-10) and IHE World Summit (7-8)
  • 2) Combined with Med-e-Tel (Apr 6-8, 2016)
  • North America
  • 3) Combined with HL7 Meeting in Orlando (Jan 11-15)
  • 4) HIMSS US, Feb 29 - Mar 4, 2016, Las Vegas
  • Action item: Question that in ISO/HL7 (Michael)
  • ISO: At F2F meeting in Bern
  • HL7: by email
  • Discussion for the time of our regular committee TCons (not topic-related TCons, they will be decided individually)
  • Question: Shall we keep 14:00 Paris time?
  • Main reason for this time was that it's suitable for Australia, but Stephen has not attended much recently
  • Main issue is that this time prevents North America persons to attend (especially West coast)
  • Decision: New time for future TCons: 16:00 Paris time, duration: 1,5 h)
  • Action item: Update scheduled meetings, wiki, outlook invitations, etc. (Simon)
  • IHE Pharm, PCC, ITI, Feb 16-17, 2016 in Porto
  • Still not finalized, but considered as fixed

  • The joint dinner is announced for 16th for all 4 groups -> we can fix 16/17 as date for our meeting

  • Decision: in general: the default time slot for topic-related TCons is Tuesdays, 12:00 - 13:00 (Paris time)
