PHR Reviewer

The PHR Reviewer consumes extracts created by a PHR Manager, and optionally creates updates or initial content that can be consumed by a PHR Manager.

XPHR

This Profile depends on the actor to consume personal health information that has been exchanged with a PHR Manager, and to optionally create updates of personal health information to exchange with the PHR Manager. It is very similar in function to the Content Consumer Actor, but has additional responsiblities.
