Standards Coordination - Devices on FHIR - Todd Cooper Will follow up with PCC on some device specific items, he will send info to cochairs. We need to see that as soon as he gets it. PCC has a F2F the week of the 18th, we may want to join. Webinar scheduled a week from tomorrow 11:30 AM EST. Todd will send info to Paul Sherman. Weekly Devices on FHIR call - focused on advancing the standard and mapping. Hoping to use this an alternative outlet - drive infrastructure in FHIR to be logically structured. Discussed plans to prepare for their Connectathon/Hackathon. Do we have use cases/scenarios for them to tackle? If interested, let him know. Considering a specific weekly meeting to address our types of issues. - Provisional terms status - Paul Schluter How do we deal with new terms? Need better connectivity between Prometheus and RTMMS. Want to speed up adding new terms. Propose adding a 'Provisional' category; where a recognized working group provides terms and get codes assigned. Leads to a very slight risk of the code becoming a 'zombie' code. Some discussion of how to identify during testing and implementation. Will be able to exclude re-use of existing published codes.
