Item Topic Discussion
1 Introductions & Agenda & Discussion Notes Review
- Chair
Status/Discussion:

Decisions/Issues:

Action(s):

2 RTMMS Update
- Todd
Status/Discussion:
  • Reviewed term definitions for the pump WG using the NIST RTMMS tool
  • Enumeration Groups: Currently must be created by the SDO account; but will be added for Vendors to propose as well

Additional RTMMS usage issues were communicated separately to the NIST development for consideration in future tool versions.

Decisions/Issues:

Action(s):

3 DS Models
- Todd
Status/Discussion:
  • Reviewed draft MDS/VMD/Channel models for LVP, syringe and PCA devices.
Models are loaded on FTP site here...
  • In general, models were accepted as appropriate for current efforts; they will be used as channel identifiers in the RTMMS.
  • Question: Support for multiple lines at the distal side of the device - needed? How accounted for?
- In general, though it is doable, there is no current need identified nor a device that supports this
- This could be supported by a Metric "line color" attribute or a shared body site.
  • Question: Can primary/secondary + PCA + bolus channels operate concurrently? YES!
