  • The technical approach was presented by Steve Merritt. Everyone agreed this seemed to be reasonable and enough detail for the whitepaper. Manny suggested that TC and PC committees review this draft to solicit input. Steve will accept all changes in the document, run spell checker and post this as v1.0 for committee review. Steve will send email to TC/PC to review the draft and put it on the PC and TC agendas for future meetings.
