      • Actor requirements is already defined in PCC TF 1 (XDS-MS) in paragraph 3.9.1 – requirement for content creator

      • CEN has written an implementation guide for vocabularies in Europe

    • What are the requirements for the tests plan ?
      • Test plan is a post production stuff after publication in trial implementation
      • Keith Booone recommend not to create a test plan section. Keith will be happy to work with Andrea's team for building a test plan for IPS.

      • Inconsistency for social history section
      • Keith Booone recommend not to change the IHE template used for IPS
      • Branding section will identify contributions from HL7, CEN and IHE
      • An IPS will be generated after the visit in accordance with local policies
      • ValueSets bindings will be documented in volume 3. There are some inconsistencies between the standards (CDA, FHIR)

      • to support an authorization from insurance. The way to submit this authorization is a specific HL7-V2 segment
      • to support the changes of an appointment (time, location) in a national US extension (Argonaut project)
    • Vassil Peytchev has a new profile proposal that will be discussed on Thursday morning

    • GitHub page for QEDm
    • Currently QEDm does not constrain the FHIR Resources. This has been deliberately done due to the limited experience (Trial Implementation) with these FHIR Resources. There will be an effort during the spring and summer of 2019 to add constraints on the FHIR Resources. Three CPs need to be written (Keith Boone)
    • CP-PCC-0278-2019 for adding occupational data
    • Voting session: motion to work on this CP-PCC-0278-2019 and to move it to ballot at the same time
