- The goals of this F2F meeting is to review volume 1
- The values of this profile in a IHE perspective are : connectathon testing + content profile (CDA and FHIR)
- Outside of the scope of this cycle:
  - localization (national extension)
  - Harmonization with content module (too large ~ 200 pages)
- Requirements for testing:
  - Actor requirements is already defined in PCC TF 1 (XDS-MS) in paragraph 3.9.1 – requirement for content creator
- Cross border vocabulary:
  - CEN has written an implementation guide for vocabularies in Europe
- Transactions: PCC-1 and MHD
- Actors : content creator and content consumer
- Use cases :
  - Use case 1 : emergency care abroad
  - Use case 2 : elective surgery abroad
  - Use case 3 :
  - Use case 4 : Within border emergency care

CMAP
- ITI proposes take ownership of the CMAP profile and update to FHIR R4, and reference it in SVSm
- Voting session : to move CMAP in ITI, and reference it in mSVS

  - Countries need to create their own national extensions to support their own requirements
  - PCC took 6 years to profile content modules (CDA content module + TF2)

- What are the requirements for the tests plan ?
  - Test plan is a post production stuff after publication in trial implementation
  - Keith Booone recommend not to create a test plan section. Keith will be happy to work with Andrea's team for building a test plan for IPS.
- Open issues didn't closed yesterday
  - Inconsistency for social history section
  - Keith Booone recommend not to change the IHE template used for IPS
  - Branding section will identify contributions from HL7, CEN and IHE
  - An IPS will be generated after the visit in accordance with local policies
  - ValueSets bindings will be documented in volume 3. There are some inconsistencies between the standards (CDA, FHIR)

  - to support an authorization from insurance. The way to sublit this authorization is a specific HL7-V2 segment
  - to support the changes of an appointment (time, location) in a national US extension (Argonaut project)
- Vassil Peytchev has a new profile proposal that will be discussed on Thursday morning
